"Would totally recommend living here. I’ve been here for 3 years and have no complaints. Maintained always responsive and the staff in the office is always helpful. Jariska is very professional and helpful whenever I have an issue."

"Hey there! I moved in right when the club at enclave is built, one of the few who moved in. Spoiler alert: it's not a story with a happy ending. 1. Flawed Move-In Experience: From the get-go, maintenance issues tainted my move-in. A flood notification within the first week due to an alleged issue with my unused washing machine led to a week-long hotel stay. Ant infestations followed, affecting most units due to structural gaps. Their solution? Spraying ants repellent in the pantry – a temporary fix for a persistent problem. 2. Elevator Delays and Unpleasant Odors: The promised elevator, a basic amenity, took an inexplicable six months to become operational. Even when it finally worked, it was often marred by unpleasant odors. Stairwells weren't spared either, hosting pet waste and spills regularly. 3. Amenity Fiascos: The much-advertised 24-hour gyms and pools were more trouble than they were worth. Pools were frequently closed due to misuse, especially after weekends parties. The Jacuzzi was a rare luxury, and the gym, although accessible 24/7, suffered from the inconsideration of fellow residents who failed to maintain cleanliness. 4. Security Concerns and Stolen Cars: Parking lots, pitched as secure, turned out to be a hotspot for criminal activities. My car was stolen overnight, and attempts to seek help from resident services were met with apathy. The supposedly gated community had open gates and pedestrian entrances that posed a security risk, with frequent police visits becoming uncomfortably routine. Don't expect a lot of help from management, you are on your own. 5. Communication Breakdowns: Renewing a lease turned into a communication nightmare. Despite multiple requests for renewal options, I heard nothing until a week before my lease ended. The disorganization and lack of communication between the leasing office and resident service were consistent sources of frustration. Conclusion: In a nutshell, The Club at Enclave is a chronicle of disappointments. Never have I ever experiences such a poor management over the past 6 years of renting in SD. While maintenance might be prompt, the overall living experience falls short. If you're seeking a hassle-free and secure living environment, my advice is clear – steer clear of The Club at Enclave."
"Do not recommend living here, elevators always smell like pee or weed. That's if they even work. So if you're wheelchair restricted stick to the first floor or highly likely you'll be trapped. Had an ant infestation 2 days after we moved in was told it is our issue. You're only allowed 2 parking spots(at $20 a month each) and if you pay for a garage ($200 a month) you lose the ability to have 2 spots. Even after forcing you to pay for parking it is not enforced whatsoever so good luck having guests! Packages will likely get stolen whether its at your door or in the mailroom. All the amenities cost extra for example $800 to reserve the club house, for a few hours. Around $600 for a cabana by the pool. It's just a couch and a TV gee thanks. And even if you pay for the reservation you're limited to the amount of guests. If they can even find parking to begin with. Be prepared to listen to sirens all night, not just the firestation next door but the police that are in the community regularly. Just overall a poor living experience only reason it gets 2 stars is the apartment itself is nice everything outside your door is going to be a let down. If this review gets one person to decide against living here it was worth the time to write it."
"My experience here at the club has been great! Andrea was very helpful in getting things expedited for our move in date, along with Nicole. Both very personable and compassionate during the whole process. I’m in love with our 3 bedroom, the location is perfect! We had a maintenance issue and they came out the next day! Great vibes here, highly recommend this complex."
