"I would not recommend living here. During my time here there was a serious roach infestation no matter how clean I kept the place. After my stay here I also had an issue that was not resolved with management that ended up costing me thousands of dollars. Instead of resolving the issue with me despite my cooperation they have sold my information to debt collectors to be hounded by them for years. Despite their promises to work with me and help me out as long as I could help them out. I fulfilled my promise but they didn’t fulfill there’s and continue to refuse to do the bare minimum. Do not move in here. There are other nicer apartments next door."

"DO NOT LIVE HERE. The apartments are very old and management makes no effort in fixing your problems, apart from being far from nice. They gave me my apartment full of mouse excrements. They were everywhere: the floors, the carpets, the closets... Also, take pictures of everything and be prepared to be scammed with the deposit. They take an abusive amount of money and refuse to give it back. This is the most disappointing experience I've ever had. They take advantage of students, especially with the deposit. It's so frustrating. I do not recommend anyone to live here. I would give 0 stars if it were possible."

"This company is a scam, beware all of these positive review they are from 5+ years ago. The current administration of Ashley and Jane are scam artists. They will do everything in their power to not give you your security deposit back on false cleaning and paint chargers. Take pictures of your apartment before move out and get ready to fight, they are hard to get in touch with. Tried to charge me $50 for moving out one day early despite paying for the whole month in August. Keep track of all payments."

"I’ve lived at alberts since 2013 and have spent some time at each building. I’ve always had a pleasant experience with the staff here and whenever I’ve needed a repair or assistance they always get back to me rather quickly. The only negative points I have are the other people who live here and don’t pick up after themselves but hey your going to deal with that no matter where you go. I haven’t had any bug issues on my end like some others have mentioned either. Overall I have had a good time living here; it’s dog friendly, free gym membership, close to campus, good location, and friendly staff."

"If I could zero star this place I would. My girl friend just bought a new parking spot from the office and as she pulled into it behind Lee Plaza a massive nail went into her tire. The office was kind enough to say, "That could have come from anywhere, that is not our problem". Usually when dealing with residents in an apartment complex you would believe to think the leasing office would do more to help. There is construction going on right next to the parking spot with many vehicles including maintenance cars, trucks, and golf carts. All these vehicles contained building equipment including nails and screws! When asking maintenance they simply said, "We do not use that type of nail or screw, not our problem or fault". On top of this I visited a different time to find nails and screws on the pool deck. My girl friend cut her toe on a nail/screw while we were at the pool. This is dangerous and a nightmare to both residents and visitors. I do not recommend going anywhere near this place. It is not worth your safety!
