"Feral cats running amok. Residents with mental health problems tolerated. Nice managers, but maintenance staff not vaccinated and don't wear masks walking into apartments of elderly people with health issues- without informing them of their vaccine status. They hold your deposit for a month unless you know the law is 21 days. They also charge you almost $200 to clean the carpet of a 400 square foot apartment, of which 1/4 is flooring. I'm pretty sure there is a word for people who take advantage of seniors..."
