"I’ve been living at Pepper Creek since August of 2023 and I couldn’t be happier here. The neighborhood is fairly quiet despite it being next to a freeway. There’s a bunch of food options near by as well, so the location is awesome! Laura, the property manager has been awesome since I moved in. She made sure my apartment was ready the day I moved in, her communication is GREAT! The complex is always clean including the Gym which is a nice amenity. Laura is prompt on replying to any concerns and sends emails to the Complex when information needs to be addressed as well . Overall I’m very pleased with my choice at Pepper Creek!"

The staff, especially Laura DeLeon, and even George the Maintenance Engineer have been a real help to us and a joy to talk with. It is with some sorrow that we must leave, but our health dictates we need to be in an Assisted Living Facility.
