"Management doesn't care about the residents. The apartment are infested with roaches, the old heaters from the 70's In the roof will cost you thousands (8)threw sdge to keep running which they had mine running for 2 years straight and kept gaslighting me when I told them my house was way too hot and my bills too high. The apartments grow mold in the wall and management doesn't care about that either. My kids all have breathing problems and have spent multiple nights in the hospital. This is the worst company to be renting threw. I missed the old management this new one just ignores all maintenance requests no matter how important and expects you to be okay with the drugs, violence, braking in, gangs, black mold roaches, floods, and the toilet overflowing and the water being off multiple times a week. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY!"

Her professionalism and attentiveness made what could have been a stressful experience remarkably simple. "This place is not safe, came to visit family and Mexican families having their cars towed, while doing nothing to people who breaks into the apartment with a vehicle. Their vehicle is safe and they condone squatters on the property."

"Edit: After posting this review, they stopped doing everything that led to this review. No return phone calls, no email responses, etc. I live on one of the Peach Properties. The old management was not good at all in various ways (See old reviews). The new property managers, Oscar and April, have turned a new leaf and are genuinely trying to get everything back on track. Any concern I have had since they became the new managers has been taken care of promptly AND professionally. We do appreciate them."

"Roaches and crickets everywhere. Apartments always floods. Molded and carpet pulling up repeated requests for help only being pressured to leave. No emergency maintenance. No place to start your life. It’ll be depressing and stressful they send people to spray and they play along with the apartment bc they just sent someone to spray my apartment and I had roaches everywhere I told him to spray like they were unfazed. The day someone one was supposed to spray I only got a pay or leave or stay and pay paper on the door. Garbage disposal hasn’t been fixed after unreturned voicemails from idek how long ago. This place is horrible please don’t move here I’ve literally had mushrooms grow from my ceiling and they still haven’t looked into the mold or anything I told them about roaches and crickets living in my stove and refrigerator and they still are prolonging the process of fixing it"
