"I applied for one unit, placed a deposit on that unit when i was told i was approved and when i went to do the walk through the unit was completely different. They cancelled my deposit and said i would get a refund but still 2 months later have not received anything back. I have tried to contact Cesar with no response and now contacted heetwave and waiting for a call back. If i could give a 0 star i would because this has dragged on far too long and they are holding $1200 in a deposit at this time."
"To expensive for me $1,795 for a one bedroom apartment. Not worth it."
