The Modern Apartments

"We have lived at The Modern and it truly was a good fit for us in the beginning. However, due to some construction underneath our apartment taking longer then expected, we decided to move. That being said, I do think The Modern is a great place to live for families. My only major critique is that the street parking is not reliable. Come home any time after 4 pm and you could be left circling for 30 minutes or more looking for a spot. More parking or offering all apartments enough spots for their cars is needed. Housing aside, I want to specifically highlight Katie Ingalls in the leasing office. She is the nicest most caring person I have ever met in any sort of housing complex. She is very straightforward and truly cares about the well being of the residents at The Modern. She listened to my roommates and I's issues we were having and helped us work together to find a solution. The Modern is truly lucky to have her on the team and I am so grateful we had her support through this process."

"The Maintenance manager & his crew we’re excellent on responding to our request. I put in a work order for 3 issues in the unit. clogged toilet bowl, Kitchen faucet leaks, Ceiling fan switch broke. They had replaced all three items as you can see on the photo with the old ones on the same day. What a great place to live & caring managers."
