"This is the poorest example of a property management company I've ever experienced in my life. They are terrible. They lie without taking accountability. They treat residents differently based on favoritism. They violated me along with their male maintenance staff and refuse to take accountability. They pushed me off to their attorney the moment I tried to discuss the issue. They wont even allow me to talk to them or enter the office and they bad mouth me to other tenants. I'm just trying to live and make it thru as a single mom and they go above and beyond to make that impossible. In my opinion; landlords/property managers are supposed to work with the best interest of the resident in mind & work to resolve any problem ; not fuel it..."

"Definitely regret moving here. I’m currently out to sea because I’m in the navy. My husband is currently on a road trip. We received a call from management about an incident that happened in front of my apartment. The incident regarded broken egg shells and nasty notes left in front of my door. Also a false report was put in on me & management is taking the tenants story over mines . Management claims the police was called to my apartment that night due a the disturbance (remember, me and my husband are both away & have been for day) . My husband reached out to the police and the police said they have no reports or visits to my apartment currently . Only from 2 years ago. Long story short , even though I’m out to sea (navy) my husband is out of town. Management is threatening to give us an eviction notice ( we are clearly the ones receiving the threats due to the eggshells & nasty notes)or we can come to the office to get removed from the least on the day of our return. Honestly there’s so much wrong with this situation. I would like to take legal action so if anyone reading this could help me I would really appreciate it."

"Not a good place to live in my experience. First off Ants everywhere inside the unit. Laundry room is filthy washers filled with nasty gunk and dog hairs with machines broken. Pool was closed all year. Also the fighting with police being called every other weekend. Trash always thrown everywhere by the dumpsters. Wouldn't live here again."

"My fiancé and I have moved here from another state and have been eagerly looking for an apartment to prepare for our first child coming in the next two months. This has not been easy & I honestly had no clue how hard it is to find an open spot in California. Once I found this place I was very hopeful and excited. I looked at the reviews and was so impressed by the amount of praise that was given on management. I came to check out the complex because we were told some tenets moved out that same day when we called & that we’re welcome to look at one of the units to get a feel of what the apartment will look like. We checked it out , the woman who showed us around was very kind and helpful and we were so happy to finally find availability for a place. We applied the same day & called back after. They wrote our names down said they’ll let us know. We let the weekend pass and called them the beginning of the week to see what the verdict was, which apartment we applied for and were told again they will get back to us. We called again a day later and said the same thing & told us they will let us know. After a few hours I called instead of my fiancé and someone finally told us that the unit has already been rented out and this was not available at all. I let her know we had called and applied and asked if they’re were planning on letting us know ( you know, so we weren’t waiting when we could be looking for more places) she said they can’t call everyone back to tell them they didn’t get the place. I understand that completely & I totally understand if I didn’t qualify or someone might have been approved before me, but after calling three times and spending non-refundable 40$ each on my fiancé’s application, my application & our co-signers application , I would have really appreciated an update if they really did approve someone the whole time I was calling. I’m at the end of my pregnancy , just super emotional and stressed. To have proper communication would have meant the world to me and saved me a lot of unnecessary waiting and tears."

"No need to thank me your office personal is on there business. Crystal, Glen and Cassandra are top notch. I thank you for an awesome place to stay. It may look shady, but I'm in the shade. No drama, late night bs, no lies and thank you. Security doing there job. Most property owners promise this and that, you don't. Only complaint is parking. I feel you need to offer tenant's the attempt to buy Xtra parking permit. First come first serve...no promises. $30.00 bucks I'm game. When I your staff they come."
