"I got a bad vibe the moment I walked in to discuss looking at the property I applied for & go over the application I filled out for rental property , Eric didn't offer me a chair to sit in , I asked for one he said yes there's a bar stool across the room at a table that wobbled like crazy! 20 feet from his comfy desk chair at his desk with plastic shield attached to it. My other vibe was that it was a scam because he wanted me to pay another 52 dollars in addition to the 104 dollars. I already paid the 3rd app fee, although 2 app fees were paid but pending on his end.. I applied for property 1 month ago. Have yet to receive a call or email about anything. That's why I decided to visit because I waited for a response for long enough. Still didn't get to see the apartment. Cal8fornia is incredibly interesting when it comes to business practices."
