"I love it here, been living here for 2 1/2 yrs ! Very nice well kept clean environment to live in. My daughter loves it here as well, her school is right around the corner and she love the fact that we live less than 4 minutes away from Lindo Lake. The best area to be in ! El Capitan Apt is quiet and so peaceful, a great place to call home ( I will be staying for as long as they allow me too. ) The manager is on top of your every need. She makes sure that every question's, comment’s & concern’s are attended to right away. She does a great job at managing the whole complex’s and making sure you have a good living experience here. She definitely goes above and beyond for the tenants she gets a 10/10 from me a long with the property itself ! Thank you El Capitan and the whole Property Management Team !"

"I have recently moved into my first apartment here at El Capitan Apartments, and I have to say I lucked out with finding a unit here! Through out the entire move in process, the building manager has made it a smooth and easy for me. She ensured that I had knowledgeable of all the accommodations that the area has to offer, and continues to make sure that I have everything that I need, out of the kindness of her heart. Everyone here has been such a welcoming community to me! I am in unit #10, and I have not had any issues with pluming, electrical, or noise. I know that I can count on this complex if any problems would arise, as they are very understanding and attentive to any issues brought to their attention. I never thought I would find a more perfect spot to live!"

"I have lived on this property for over a year, and has been a very positive experience. It is quiet and peaceful, and the neighbors are very kind. El Capitan Apartments is quaint and located on a quiet street in Lakeside, and is a short walk to Lindo Lake County Park, and many shops and restaurants. The pool is always nice and clean, and is perfect for the hot summer days we get here in East County. The laundry machines are new, and paying for cycles is convenient. My favorite feature in the apartment are the wood panel ceilings. I only wish they hadn't painted over mine, because that would have looked really cool, but it still looks very nice! The property manager who lives on-site is also very kind, and will take care of your needs in a very timely manner. She has handled many of my work orders myself, including fixing my heater when it started to get cold. Also, if you like humming birds, you can see a lot of them on the property, they are very cute! I highly recommend El Capitan Apartments 10/10!"

"We have had a lovely experience at the apartment complex, we've had no issues. No animal fur, no backing up. The repairs are fast. We have no issues with anything. The manager is very sweet and kind. She does a great job to make sure everything is in order. The neighbors are super nice and this place makes you feel comfortable."
