"Honestly everything here going right. Decently sized apartments with cheap (relatively) rent in university city area, amenities are pretty good and leasing office is responsive to issues. Right next to 201/202 bus stop (direct to UCSD), Vons, a public and private park. You can’t get much better than this location wise"

"This apartment is a true disappointment. The thin walls make it challenging to have any peace, as you'll hear footsteps and noise from your upstairs neighbor constantly. Considering there are other apartments nearby with similar pricing, I'd recommend exploring other options, like Costa Verde. This place just doesn't measure up UDPATE: No member of the team was in touch with me to discuss this matter further. Leasing office did not respond to my email and the dispatch service did nothing about the noise issues. The stomping still persists every day and every night. Would not recommend this place for anyone"

"I have lived at La Regencia for three years and love it. The complex is quiet, nicely maintained, the staff is professional and courteous, and the grounds are beautiful with many tall trees and tropical plants. It is close enough to walk to grocery, and if I want, I can ride my bike everywhere else. The community has many amenities including two pools, hot tub, a gym, and dog park, and the maintenance staff comes right away if I have an issue. I consider La Regencia sophisticated, luxury living at a competitive rental price."

"This community's garage ruins my car. The water pipe is hanging on the ceiling of garage and leak water on my car which leaves hard water spot thats extremely hard to clean. The water is nasty(I forgot to take the photo of the yellow dirty water on my car) and I asked them to fix the pipe for two or three times in three months. And finally they get it fixed. However, the calcium and other hard things are left on my car paint and window trim. I told them the situation and they said I can definitely find a way to clean it. I'm like what the? Your water pipe ruined my car and you guys don't ever mentioned any compensation? Anyway it will take me 120 dollar to go to detailed car wash. In addition, the broken elevators, cramped parking space, awful sound isolation between each unit, the referral fee that never comes to my account and some female agents with awful attitude in the leasing center are really driving me crazy. I have never wanted to move out of the community ever like this one."
