"Been here for a year. Never had any problems. Unit looks great on the inside, clean new carpet and paint, very nice kitchen and bathroom with granite tops and nice cabinets. Maybe bedroom a little small? But for 1250 a month, more then I can ask for. Washer and dryer inside is such a plus and the wall A/C works amazing and keeps the common room cool. Ceiling fans in the bedroom with multiple setting remote control has been a blessing. Only wish there was a linen closet for towels and blankets. I work in coronado and with no traffic I get there in 15 min. Owners are pleasant. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a small, cozy and pleasant place to live, without having to spend an arm and a leg."
