"Don't rent here unless you're desperate. The water is constantly being shut off, the fire alarms go off constantly for testing. Homeless people live in the laundry room. The front gate is broken so no door dash or Amazon deliveries. As I'm typing this it's 7am and the fire alarms have been going off for the past half hour and nobody shut them off yet. There's no fire. Just gross incompetence."

"Lived there for about 6 yrs. The first 3 years were good. Most of the original tenants still lived there. Then abruptly they began to move out, the place went to hell. My guess is they let anyone move in out of haste just to get apts rented. Bad idea,.. bunch of thugs, and shady people began to terrorize the place. You had thugs sitting in the parking lot doing deals. Sitting on walkways disturbing the area. While we watched disbelief. Police showing up began to be a regular occurrence. I felt bad for the Mgr they had there. He always looked stressed and overworked without resources to aid him. THey would shut off the water without notice, for hours sometimes. Parcels began to disappear delivered from UPS. I could go on. We finally had enough and moved out. During those last few months they began to upgrade the place and rent went up another $300..lol. Still believe its nuts, for a dump like that."
