"I have had a pleasant process transitioning to Parco. Leslie has been extremely prompt, patient, and available from my initial expression of interest all the way up to getting my keys. Aside from being just a diligent manager, I would even go further to say she is an upstanding individual. Something I noticed upon coming to the leasing office area was her conviction to greet residents BY NAME coming in and out of the building. To top it off, she remembered the name of someone’s child that happened to be passing by playfully. I have lived at another apartment for 2 years and they still didn’t know my name lol… If you are looking for a sense of communal energy within your complex, I would say this is a best bet. Vincent has also been gracious to me in my elevator rides. The property itself appears to be well managed and clean with spectacular interior design!"

"The location is amazing! Walking distance from everything you need, and a short drive from everything you would want. The units are relatively roomy and the amenity spaces make up for anything else that you would desire. The staff is the greatest selling point! They are friendly, and welcoming to the point that they can treat you on a name basis. Sometimes you want to go where everyone knows your name, well this is that place! I highly enjoy my time here."
