Villa Primavera Apartments

""LONG REVIEW" I usually don't post reviews but after yesterdays incident I have too. I'm in the military and had family visiting during the holidays just about a week. Yesterday I'm on duty (24 hr period) so I let them take my parking spot since ill be gone all day and wont be back til tomorrow morning. It should be fine since i wont be here and it's my assigned parking so no one should complain other than me. They planned to leave tomorrow morning. My sister mentions this morning that their car was towed. She thought maybe a neighbor complained and i said if somones is in somones spot they honk until the person who took their spot comes out to move easy peasy problem solved. So I knew right away it had to be Eliza (on site manager/agent. Creating assigned parking was just one of the many bright ideas they have had. Keep in mind there is not a single guest parking at all. There used to never be assigned parking at all so guest could come in and park no problem. Since I've been here for almost 2 yrs now. I never seen a car get towed once. By California Law the property owner or agent has to notify the local traffic law enforcement within 1 hr of towing which Eliza clearly failed to do and I'm sure the owner as well yet they are somehow qualified for their positions? Guess they just hire anyone. The amount of time it took her to call a tow truck she could have easily used the time to just call me and asked if I can have my family members remove their car from my spot to avoid being towed. Why was that so difficult to do? She seen me walking with them and i even parked their car in my spot and she seen that also. All it takes is maybe less than 20 seconds to make a phone call to resolve the all a sudden huge issue. But I guess breaking a California Law was clealry the better plan. Well they have a appeal coming their way anyways. I highly recommend if you are thinking about coming here do not. So many people when I first got here have already moved out. The ones that have been here for over 5+ yrs said it was better back then and rent was alot less its now $1600 + . The units are small basically glorified studios. You can find better if you look around. Also to my Navy military folk look elsewhere. Yeah it's close to 32nd street base but imo find somewhere else. Only reason I'm still here is because I have just less than 5 months before I transfer to my next duty station so just gone thug it out. What better way to say happy new years to your tenants than screwing their family members over who are just tryna visit their family members who currently call this place home. I hope somehow Walz Property higher ups that actually know what they are doing will see this review. If not well hopefully they see the email I sent them and they for sure will see my sisters emails. "I find the Hispanic lady manager very Disrespectful very Rude and degrading. She would not show me the apartments She wouldn't even give me a tour of the apartment that was available unless I show my income and credentials. She has low self-esteem taking her anger and frustration out on customers who want to rent out a unit. I highly recommend that this hispanic lady who I do not recall her name. To be fired and have someone else take her place as a manager who is going to respect the rules of the apartments. But also give courteous and kind politeness to future customers who want to rent a unit out. I really do hope that the corporate will see my review. She is a big hispanic lady who thinks she can do whatever she wants to anybody that walks in who wants to rent a unit out. You need to learn how to have manners and also need to learn how to manage an apartment. You cannot run over new customers every time they come in looking to rent a unit because of you I'm sure the complex is losing tons of money because you think you're all that and better than everyone. Like I said I really hope you get fired. Again you are rude, disrespectful, snobby, You do not know how to be manager. Demanding and yelling and giving an attitude to a customer to show their credentials and income in order to tour an apartment Is the most disrespectful degrading thing that you can do as a human being with a low self-esteem personality. You should not be working as a manager for any apartment complex in the state of California."

"Newly renovated and improved housing complex under new management, Elisa is very helpful. The apartment complex is very quiet, very clean and very organized, gated community, and privacy is a must. Your neighbors won't bother you. Villa Primavera is close to most fast food chain right along Highland Ave and Walmart is also a couple of blocks away. I highly recommend this apartment ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️."

"Great apartments to live in. There is a new manager on the property (Eliza), she's awesome and helps with anything we need. Maintenance keeps the property super clean and also helps right away when maintenance stuff is needed around the house."

"This property has changed management and has been upgraded recently. The changes have been positive & have really elevated it compared to what it was before. Liz is always welcoming, smiling, & going above and beyond to sure the property is taken care of along with providing the best customer service. I would highly recommend renting here to all my friends & family members."
