"Sofi Poway has two laundry facilities, but when washers and dryers break down, it can take a good amount of time to get them repaired. I understand that this is a contracted service, but it is very inconvenient to have so many people trying to you use the diminished number of machines. Also, our lease was up and I was given a call the end of January and asked if I wanted to go month-to-month or renew our lease. We decided to go month-to-month. We were surprisingly hit with a late charge of $150. we have paid our rent on time every month. To incur a late charge because Sofi was not timely in their communication is not our problem. The staff are very pleasant, but these two issues are not acceptable."

"Sofi has been a wonderful place to live. As with any apartment, sometimes things need to be fixed. Drew, the maintenance technician was prompt to respond to the issue we had with our AC unit. He took good care of us and was so nice to talk to while he figured out what was wrong!
