"GK has managed my property (a large private residence) for many years. Although there have been some ups & downs over the years, this review is for my most recent experience in working with Dana Pruitt. When the most recent tenants moved out, I decided to do quite a bit of work on the property while it was vacant as the previous tenants weren't amenable to having work done while they lived there. Dana took over the property at a particularly difficult time. There were a number of vendors that had to be instructed, monitored, and coordinated (painters, plasterers, plumbers, electricians, HVAC & landscaping professionals, etc) as well as items that had to be purchased. Dana is well organized, detailed, fiscally conscientious, provided helpful suggestions, and communicated regularly. She is easy to work with and she was timely in responding to my calls & texts. Dana has a "can do" attitude and she was focused on getting the multitude of jobs done in a timely fashion. As an owner, I found her to have a great attitude of working as a team to accomplish tasks and she displayed a consummate professionalism (even during stressful times!) that impressed me.
