"I am just going to move in but Daniel is very sweet kind person and i am going to be so happy there and i like how they treat us as humans and i want to say a million thanks to Daniel"
"This place is super trash lived there for half yr. No place for dogs. Drugs every one living there using. Mail boxes broken into. Disgusting people all over outside. Not safe parking 150 month it’s a dam joke don’t do it."
"This building has been through a lot, but things are turning around with the new company and management team. There’s been a significant difference in the last few months, added gates, shored up security, fresh paint around the doors, and there’s a better sense of community. Jamal has been a key part of the effort to revamp the place. He's maintained communication about the changes, and I’m excited to see what else is in store. The area is still a bit rough, but that’s not a reflection on the building."
"My boyfriend and I recently applied for a 1 bedroom at this location. I received a call before seeing the property from Michelle, she said that we were first in line for the apartment so we scheduled an appointment. Because of the virus it’s not uncommon for properties to only be shown after applying so we did just that. When I arrived at the building I was definitely disappointed by the level of homelessness in the area but the ad said one parking spot was included so I decided to look anyway. Michelle was incredibly rude I told her that I received a phone call the day before and the person on the other line had told me we first in line for the property and she was very snarky and asked us who told us that. She then after admitted that it was her on the phone who told us. Come to find out she hadn’t even looked at our applications yet. The unit was small with barely a living room, there was actually no parking included, and the price of each unit is 10% more than what the previous tenant paid so you can be paying from $1120 a month to $1300 for basically the same unit. She was so unorganized, unhelpful and rude. Even if the unit was great and the location felt safe I wouldn’t rent that unit because of the level of unprofessionalism."
"I have been living here for about 2 years and I love it! The manager, Keith, is the sweetest and highly efficient manager. He adds a feeling of warmth to the apartment complex. The residents are urban working young professionals and the atmosphere of looking out for one another and community really make this a great place to live. The rent prices are also very affordable (which is important in San Diego). Overall I recommend this rental property to anyone who is looking for a place to call home in downtown."
