We were able to provide them access while we were at the store, they were very nice and informative. We just moved in and they had great knowledge about the neighborhood and overall very friendly. I feel confident to depend on them next time we have something we can’t fix. Great job!"

"This place is the worst! Stay far away! Rats all over property, there are rodent traps all over. We had a huge rat infestation that was out of control. Could not cook for weeks, started to have breathing issues and when the issue wasn't being aggressively resolved, we broke week two weeks beforehand. We got a bill because they only care about $$ but did not bothered to pay for couch and other damages. They take no responsibility whatsoever even though they know renters insurance doesn't cover pest incidents. Management is horrible. Few months prior, I reported a stench coming from my neighbors house (dead body). Management did not care that we were inhaling horrible smells, that we couldn't open windows and that flies were coming into our home for weeks. When they disposed of her items, there was no courtesy call or email. Instead, they disposed her items through our shared patio allowing death smell to enter our home. This was disgusting, making my feel nauseous. This horrible experience lasted about 2weeks. Never did they independently offer compensation, despite our constant complaints. When I brought it up, they offered 2 days....ridiculousness! They just don't care! Dog poop everywhere, noisy neighbors, domestic violence and Marijuana smells! They deserve zero stars. The one star is just for maintenance guys because they are nice."
