"Maintenance are very inconsiderate. They left my lights switches on after fixing it. 6 lights were left on. Prepare to walk a mile or more to get your deliveries and to/from parking. Key Fobs doesn't always work. Only 1 key fob per person per apartment, so your guess has to be with you 24/7 even going to the bathroom in the communal areas. Doors are very heavy and closes immediately, which makes it hard to use your key fob and open it when you have groceries or packages with you. Door doesn't open automatically with key fob so definitely not disable friendly. barely any parking for guests and $65 for extra car parking. no street parking near at all. too many maintenance issues the first month, AC didn't work, Leaky bath faucet, smoke alarm keeps failing, sink doesn't work, fridge missing stuff, etc. NONSTOP FIRE ALARM TEST"

"The service at Vora is fantastic. The leasing office was incredibly helpful in my application and move in process. When I have had issues (only minor ones, nothing major here), the maintenance staff has always been helpful. In one case, I had an issue with my bathtub and Jesus came within the day and fixed it in minutes! Highly recommend."

"Pedro and Lily were extremely helpful and communicative when we were looking for a new place, and we ended up signing a lease. We like the management team and community here better than our previous residence, and it’s less expensive. Amenities are nice, location is convenient, apartments are newer, and there’s nice natural lighting. The neighborhood is pretty chill as well. Only complaint is the ‘heated pool’ hasn’t been heated since we moved in over a month ago, and it’s now January. Some dog owners could be a little more mindful of where they allow their pets to pee as well. Other than that, great place to live. 4.5 stars, rounded up."
