"Recently, Oscar came over to fulfill a maintenance request. Before he came out, he anticipated a part for my stove that he might need to complete the job, and ordered it days early. While on the job he was extremely personable, making conversation and successfully fulfilling his duties. He even took the time to see if there were any other fixes he could address while we had his attention!"

"Great place!! I have been here for 6 years and the maintenance team is amazing! Every time I’ve had an issue it is fixed quickly and done right! Oscar just fixed my washer and was great! He communicated to me what the issue was and even had to come back because he needed a part. He is very personable and did a great job! The staff in the office is great also. They are very friendly and answer anything I’ve asked so far."

Oscar has been super friendly, communicative, skilled, and quick at handling everything from a new microwave install to replacing the laundry room double doors, and more. Even when unexpected/odd issues come up, he's found solutions for us and has been very receptive to our needs. We also had some issues with our windows, and Robert was friendly as he inspected our windows and coordinated with a local glass contractor to get the job done right. They've both kept us in the loop about ordering parts and we felt comfortable knowing what our next steps would be."

Anytime I have ANY issue with something - whether it be the dryer or a screw coming loose, small or big - the maintenance team (Oscar) comes to the rescue SAME DAY. I put in a work order, I hear back within minutes asking to confirm when a good time / date will be for Oscar to come to my unit. He always resolves any issues in my home in a timely, professional manner regardless if it’s in the busiest time of his day or the very end. He always makes sure my home is running properly and all appliances are operating safely. I couldn’t be more appreciative of the attentiveness and professionalism Oscar brings to this community.
