"I plan to update this review more after we move into Tierrasanta but I wanted to recognize Ancio and Luis for their help in touring the complex and their diligence and follow up afterwards throughout the application process. Ancio was so patient with our all questions and responsive! We are looking forward to moving in and appreciate the wonderful help thus far! Everyone in the office always has smiles on their face everytime we’ve gone in and the complex is very well maintained and quiet. Again, will update more once we are actual residents but just wanted to express some appreciation now!"

"Moving to a new city & not knowing how long you’ll be there makes finding an apartment hard. Especially when you’re trying to get paperwork signed and approved while deployed. Gabriella Espinoza made that the easiest thing for us. Having to bounce back and forth between my husband on the boat, me in a different state, and Gabriella and the leasing team was not an easy task, but she made it seem that way. We moved in and stayed there for 6 months and then we had to leave for a military commitment. They had us feeling like they were truly going to miss us. I’m still in awe of how easy the process was, how quickly maintenance responded to anything, how fun the community events were, the location is the best in San Diego, how nice the grounds were kept & how awesome the amenities were. We miss it already!!"

"The location has easy access to freeways and feels close to nature with privacy. My neighbors are calm, as well. I feel safe; the respectful office staff consistently answers questions responsively. Moving here has been a wise choice."
