"Update: 4 months in and this is a complete disaster. The only redeeming quality about living here is Kim. In four months I have had to submit at least 12 service requests. The trash chute is always locked, the elevators are gross and they dont work. Everything in my apartment breaks constantly.I just got stuck taking the stairs on the 14th floor and as I was trying to get help understanding how to exit the building Shannon or Sharon let me know “i cant deal with the issue if i have to be on the phone with you” this is what they are selling as “luxury”. No chance i will do greystar again. this is one of the worst mistakes I’ve made in a long time and I am contemplating breaking the lease. This is NOT worth 3500 a month."

"The property itself is mostly upkept and the lofts are appealing. The management and staff are unfortunately rude and unaccommodating. There used to be other staff that was fantastic but the new changes have been horrible. They exhibit lack of accountability in all facets. Additionally I had my car stolen right from the lot and there has been multiple safety issues that other residents are beginning to complain about. It's so bad I'm continuing to pay rent until my lease is over and moving out."

We had called a work order in and Steve and Aaron were so helpful and even assisted with something else that came up that wasn’t even on the original order. Every experience has been consistently good in our 1.5 years at the apartment. Their flexibility, informative approach, and timely service is always appreciated."
