"I called to schedule a tour of Loma 21, but when I got there they told me there are no available units despite scheduling a tour. Also, the leasing office address maps you a random apartment in the complex. I haven't lived in this apartment thus this is only a review of the leasing process."
"Was properly and efficiently greeted by Sonia at Loma 21 at the Palisades yesterday and was pleasantly surprised by how lovely this complex is. The ambiance is luxurious followed by kind faces of the staff. As Sonia directed my roommate and I around the grounds of Loma 21 I immediately picked up on how peaceful and quiet this location really was. Planted atop a hill overlooking the ocean, not only are the views ideal, but so is the tranquility of this lovely complex. Thanks Sonia for being so wonderful and helping us find our new home!"
