"For paying 5k a month it’s crazy that you can hear your neighbors and they don’t care. There will be people banging upstairs from 7am- 3am and if you tell the office they will say they need more proof to do anything. Our dishwasher has broke multiple times and leaks ALL THE TIME. If you need guest parking go to the resort and don’t pay just lift the gate up to leave."

"Gonna go ahead an update my already 1 star review since the staff still claims no employees park in handicap. This truck, a white truck, and a tanish Mazda always park there, every day. I have seen the employees walk to their cars so I know exactly who it is. I leave for work at 9 am everyday and they are always there. I am recovering from a torn ACL and broken ankle, I shouldn’t have to deal with employees taking up the MINIMAL parking we already have. We pay a lot to live here, we shouldn’t have to deal with employees taking up our spaces."

"I tried remain my tts calm , but I can't focus to work at home. so here I am ... being a Karen on google review the first time. I Loved it at very beginning. Yes it is a little luxury and nice and pricy . after couple months... i feel regret AF. the location is 10 for sure. but paying that much money per month for all the 24x7 non stop noisy from all over the places around the building , that's insane! I wish I could post videos to show you , that club bass noise at 1;30am at night (if you live 3floor above you could feel the vibration from the bass) and the 24,7 noise from the garbage dumpster area next door . I don't know idea where are those trucks come from , non stop dumping trash , bottles, loud af.. NON _ STOP !!! Contacted the property but they are not doing anything about it . even called the convention center next door and the bar to complain, guess what , they were like : you are more than welcome to report us . which basically telling me : go f myself. FYI: my unit is facing golf field. so ...choose wisely ."
