"I have lived in the building for about a year now and it’s been great so far. I chose to write this because there is a lot of negative feedback on here and I feel that it is not warranted. The transition of management from Holland to Decron was rough, yes. However, I feel that the staff handled it very gracefully. Many time I have come down to someone asking them for unreasonable things and the girls are always smiling and patient. Very friendly and courteous, just also very overwhelmed. Adelaida is the sweetest girl, and tries her best to go above and beyond for everyone. I have not had issues in my apartment other than my dishwasher. The finishes are very high end, and the building is quiet overall. Location is great, which is why I am here. Because they share the grounds with the hotel, they have security everywhere, which is a big plus for me. I see Decron giving their best efforts, so I applaud them for that and believe that they will be solid. Definitely friendlier than the last staff."

"My family moved here in December and our experience has been great. The neighbors are friendly (though I wish some practiced more pride in cleanliness). The office staff are always smiling and polite when I pass through the lobby to take my dog for a walk. There’s free lattes & cappuccinos in the machine down stairs. We get discounts from the hotel on the property and we were given a gym membership to LA Fitness as Decron seems to be drawing up some plans for a fitness room expansion. There’s inspiring views for my artistic household and we’re in walking distance to the fashion valley mall. The conference room is very useful as I do have days where I work remotely, but don’t want to just sit in my home. 1 month in, so far my family is happy and impressed."

"Before Decron took over, this place was great. The old management cared a lot about us. But since the change, things have gone downhill fast. The new people running things don’t seem to care about us like before. They don’t show much kindness or understanding, which used to be a big part of this community. Because of this, things have gotten worse for everyone living here. The place isn’t as clean or well-maintained as it used to be. The trash chute doesn’t work, and the hallways are always dirty. It's not just about looks - it's also becoming a health concern for us. The mailroom is a mess now. Before, they sorted and stored packages properly, but now it's all chaotic and disorganized, causing a lot of inconvenience. What's really disappointing is that they promised us access to the gym in another building and other cool stuff when we moved in, but we can't use any of it anymore. We don't have a proper gym now. Of course all these amenities were a crucial selling point for us. All of these problems add up, making life here much worse than it used to be. It's sad to see things go from really good to not so great. Fixing these problems isn’t just about cleaning or repairs; it's about making us feel cared for again. Good management is super important for a happy community. So, Decron needs to step up, talk to us, and really try to fix these problems. If they do, it’ll make a big difference in making this place better and making us happier here."

"Huge shoutout to Cooper! Moving in was a breeze thanks to him. He's super friendly and always there when you need him. Whether it's answering questions or sorting out apartment stuff, Cooper's got your back. Living here has been a fantastic experience so far – the amenities are great, my apartment is spacious, and it's super quiet. Really made moving into my new place a lot less stressful. Thanks, Cooper, you're awesome!"

"My husband and I are so happy to have found our home at Margo at The Society! We are so thankful to Cooper for all his help showing my husband different units that met all our preferences. He was kind and professional and took the time to record videos of different units for me since I was still overseas when my husband was touring apartments. He was very responsive and efficient and made the application process simple and easy to do remotely. The complex is in a great, central location and we love all the amenities and how luxury the space feels."
