"The Casas is adequate, nothing fancy but nothing too terrible. Honestly, the most irritating thing might be having to walk past the signs that say I live in a luxury rental as I schlep my laundry to a cramped laundry room. Pros: the landscaping and pool areas are well maintained, the apartments are pretty sound proof as long as everyone has there windows shut, safe, reasonably quiet Cons: the laundry rooms are super small, the laundry card add value stations are sometimes out for weeks at a time, water bill is often not available at the first of the month and they expect you to check the portal everyday, it's sometimes not very easy to get in touch with the office (although I think they've gotten better since graystar took over), the ac (at least in my floorplan) is in the kitchen so bedroom does not get cool"
"Fine rental apartments. Apartment Service will be on time. Finishing will be too good. Car parking is an allotted parking. Both single and double bedroom flats are available. Swimming pools and separate laundry rooms are available. Both are maintained well. Maintenance activities will be well informed. Safety is also good. Easy to contact the leasing office."
