"The overall experience is positive. It is new and has a lot of amenities. Sitting by the pool, it feels like a resort. Location is good for me. Lots of stores. However, it seems that they don't use high quality building materials ( I guess it's a common problem for newer buildings). The apartment gate is constantly out of order. The other day when I opened the gate, the push bar broke off!! The floor is not very soundproof. I had to leave a note on the door of the neighbor above me."

"Since we relocated to this property, we have encountered numerous unresolved issues that were ignored by the staff. The management has proven to be irresponsible and has consistently lied about various matters. I am relieved that my lease has finally ended this month, as the poor management and their negative attitude have been unbearable. However, despite all the challenges I faced during my residency, I was shocked to discover that they charged me $600 for painting when I moved out. In total, over the course of my one year lease, I ended up paying almost $1000. This is an exorbitant amount considering that I have rented apartments in various areas of San Diego and have never had to pay such high fees for damages (that I never had) upon vacating a property. Furthermore, after waiting four weeks for my deposit to be processed, I was dismayed to find that my final check was $300 less than expected. If you decide to live in this place, it is crucial to thoroughly read the contract and be prepared for unexpected fees. If you believe that paying a premium price guarantees excellent customer service, you are mistaken. In this place, you will only be paying premium prices while receiving the worst customer service imaginable."

"I hesitated to write this review, but I'm feeling a bit stuck and not sure what to do. Despite everyone signing a lease agreeing to no smoking, it seems like our neighbors aren't following the rules, and the management can't really enforce it. I cant open our window to ventilate some air when I cook as we would have to endure cigarette and weed smells. It would be nice to have fresh air come into our own living space. Or even enjoy sitting in our patio randomly. I really wanted to like this place."

"From the front office staff, amenities, location, apartments themselves I have nothing but good things to say about Millennium PQ. I don’t plan on moving any time soon and feel right at home. Special thanks to the Manager Cris and the maintenance team Josh and Marcus. They have really great people/customer service skills, make you feel comfortable with any question you ask and are always willing to help. I’ve already referred all my friends to live here. 5 stars to the Millennium."

"Best apartment complex I have ever lived at. Staff is the best. Any issues they are right on it. Super friendly and helpful. This place is perfect. Quiet, safe, high quality, location, and staff make this place 5 stars. Can’t beat it!"
