"Overall the townhome was very nice and spacious. We liked the area, but the customer service is very poor. I feel the customer service definitely needs improvement especially with future residents. When we arrived, my family and I met with John. He was not very welcoming. I would say his customer service definitely needs some improvement. I work in a place where that is very important and from my understanding he is the manager and to be in that position that is very surprising. This is not my first encounter with John. I have spoke to him on the phone and he sounded very annoyed to be asked questions. His tone, body language, and facial expressions are lacking to make future resident feel welcomed. I would not want to stay in a place where this is the experience. This is not our first time to view a place to live and I would have to say this is the worst experience yet."

"Judah is an outstanding maintenance man for our complex. Over this past weekend we had a major plumbing issue with water leaking out of the ceiling in the first floor bathroom. I sent in an urgent maintenance request and within an hour at 11:30pm on a SUNDAY, Judah is already returning my request with a phone call and helping to assess the situation. At 9am the next morning, he is at my door and knows exactly the issue within ten minutes. Within three days, he ordered the custom parts needed to fix everything and supervised the plumber the whole time to make sure everything was done properly. We could not ask for a better maintenance supervisor that goes above and beyond to make sure our home is running smoothly!"
