"Chris has the best customer service I've ever had in the service industry. Me and my girlfriend brought our kids here about an year ago and our lanw kept jamming. We were given $25 on arcade cards. We had to come back. This is now our go to bowling alley in Milwaukee area."

"Had a great time here 02-18-2024. 4pm-6pm. I met the manager and he and the host was very helpful. Me and my date had a great time. One point the game froze and they came fix the issue and gave us extra time to play. The manager gave us free drink for me and my date. Which I could of paid for them but he said it's ok. I give you guys 5 ⭐ thanks for a perfect date night for me and my lady."

"I attended a birthday party here. What was nice was having a semi private area for the kids and adults to bowl. The venue was large enough it could accommodate a large volume of customers. The birthday package came with some arcade gift cards as well. The food was good. We had pizza, fries, wings and fruit platter. They provided several pitchers of soda as well. The reason I couldn't give 5 stars was because the equipment malfunctioned a few times and it took staff a while before they were available to help. I know finding reliable workers to keep the schedule fully staffed can be challenging which is why I dont want to say our experience was completely negative. When they were available, they were friendly and attentive. They allowed kids to play longer to make up for time lost. Overall, nice venue. Plenty of parking, accessible entry, lots of lanes that can accommodate larger parties. Several bar areas. Food was good. Friendly staff and nice arcade area. I would recommend."
