"From my initial building tour, move in, and day-to-day life at the Broadstone - it has been a wonderful experience! Veronica, in the front office, is especially kind, responsive and helpful. I tell my friends that I feel like I just moved into a luxury hotel! The property is beautifully maintained and the amenities are very high end. I especially love the secure outdoor dog walking area so I can safely walk my dog at night. My maintenance request was addressed within an hour of submitting it. The location in Little Italy is amazing and I love the walkability. We are next to the train tracks and flight path but I find the building to be very quiet. Highly recommend living here :-)"

"If you don’t enjoy your ceiling rattling due to your neighbors walk-you might want to look elsewhere. Building staff lack problem solving mindset even when provided with the simple solution of using rugs on aging linoleum floors to abate noise. The rugs to be removed / stored for the next heavy walker. As of this note 415 is only suited for the noise impervious."

"This place has some SERIOUS plumbing issues. On July 10th of this year a water meter burst in our unit that completely flooded our apartment, along with several others. Furniture, clothes, shoes, art, pictures, and more were all ruined. We were told to move out so repairs could begin, but were given no guidance on where to move out to, or how long it would take. Management said to call our insurance company and that was about as helpful as they were throughout the ordeal. Before our unit was affected, a meter burst on the other side of the building in May affecting several other residents. That one burst at 1am while ours was at 2pm. Over the course of living there for a few years the water was shut off more than 40 times due to an “unknown leak”. When this happens the water is shut off for hours at a time. Packages are stolen often and cars got broken into. The building does have nice amenities and cool people live there, but that’s it as far as positives."
