"It’s been two years. This was our first apartment together, and we couldn’t have ended up in a better place. Jose and Enrique really helped facilitate a great experience, from the moment we stepped in the place to the minute we stepped out. After two years, we’ve just moved into newer digs further north, but Hilltop Terrace will always have a sacred space in our hearts and we felt that needed to be said. Thanks Jose. Thanks Enrique. We’ve made many new friends and learned a great many things and we’ll miss this place"

"Property manager Jose is very friendly and attentive. Building is well maintained, and has recent upgrades to the patio/pool/elevator/outside paint/lighting to make it more modern and upscale feeling. The area is quiet and clean, but central and close to freeway. Some good food/coffee spots nearby also!"

"I have lived at Hilltop for a number of years. Management is always happy to help in any situation from the odd battery to the obscure light fixture. On move in, they even painted my walls the color I wanted after purchasing the paint. The owner pops in occasionally and is very friendly. I can't say enough about Jose the manager. He is always available to assist the tenants"

"I have lived at Hilltop Terrace for almost a year now. It is a peaceful community that is very well located. There is the occasional Friday evening party and ambulance/helicopter but that has now become an ubiquitous part of shared city living for many decades. The property manager Jose is very good-natured and receptive. The building is from an era when they made things well and all utilities are functional. We even get water hot enough to boil eggs on demand. The rents are very affordable given the location and the neighborhood is charming. There is a community vibe place and most of the residents are good natured and kind people. I have enjoyed my stay here so far and recommend it for your next renting experience."

"I have lived here for over five years. This is a great place to live. Jose and his crew do a fantastic job. The area is always kept clean and in perfect condition. There have been many upgrades. They've added new security gates so the building is totally secure and safe. New elevator, and a total redo of the landscaping. And new paint job that gives the place a great look. Add that to the fact that the tennants are all friendly and great people too. The location is great. You can walk to everywhere in Hillcrest. Jose is a great manager. Any issues are promptly addressed, and taken care of. I really enjoy living here"
