Any concerns or maintenance requests were promptly handled, ensuring a seamless living experience. Their meticulous attention to detail is evident in the well-maintained property. From the clean lobbies to the beautifully kept grounds, Sara and Jon ensure that the property is always in top-notch condition. What’s more, the amenities are impressive. With two pools, a hot tub, and the beautifully landscaped surroundings, there’s plenty to enjoy right on-site. Plus, the proximity to the beach is a major plus. The convenience of having the beach so close is truly a luxury."

"What an awful place, stay away if you like peace and quiet!! The building is old, there is always some maintenance issues. Broken pipes, broken elevator, roof leaks, you name it! Maintenance guys are always banging on walls, while the whole biulding is echoing. People are moving in and out all the time, no wonder why. It smells bad in and out, and noise is rampant. Can't wait for the lease to run out. Save yourself a headache and keep looking. Defenetely not recommend it!!"
