"Lived at K1 for a little over a year and can say I would definitely recommend the place if you are looking to live downtown. The apartment is so beautiful , I lived on the 17th floor and had an amazing view . The amenities are nice and the community is always kept clean. The entire leasing staff is great but I am going to take time to shout out Lance. Lance is top notch, he made my experience amazing from the my initial tour all the way to the day I returned my keys. He was always helpful and friendly, one of the best leasing agents I’ve ever encountered . The only downside to the apartment is the noise level of being downtown besides that everything is great. Loved my stay at K1!"

"This is a 5-star PLUS review. The assistant manager, Lance Gonzales, is a terrific manager for our community. He is helpful beyond his duties. We are somewhat elderly, and he routinely takes it upon himself to carry large and heavy boxes to our apartment so we don't have to do it ourselves. It's a big help. I continually observe Mr. Gonzales as he relates to other tenants in the building. He is always courteous and willing to help those in need. I would like to add another 5-star PLUS review for Leasing Agent, Sonia Rios. As a tenant of this building for several years, I've had many occasions to interact with Miss Rios. She is always helpful, courteous, and willing to go above and beyond to see to our tenant needs. She has helped with parking issues that were caused by other tenants. She has handled these issues swiftly and courteously."

"Just moved into K1 10 days ago. The place is incredible and is run by an incredible staff. I signed the lease without ever seeing the place in person after looking at bout 60 other places online in San Diego. Lance and his team made it a wonderful experience and I couldn’t be happier. Lance and Sonia sent me all kinds of pics, videos and answered my question, (I had many), quickly. And even over the past 10 days, I had minor requests and they were handled by Lances staff very quickly. Extremely happy to be here. Thanks Lance and Sonia."

"Before I begin I will say that Lance and his team are impeccable and profound at what they do. Lance the leasing agent protrudes great energy and you will feel welcomed upon entering. I looked at 10-15 apt and narrowed it down to 5 based off sq. ft. and the price. The winning ticket is that K1 is a friendly environment and it is evident by the leasing team. Everybody is welcoming yet sticks to themselves so its a nice fusion. Elevators work and never a line. Homeless are like ghost they come and go. The noise is pretty low unless you open your windows yet it can create a lively vibe. Ultimately Lance and his team, especially lance, will go above and beyond to assist your needs. His empathy and knowledge of the process will make it seem like you don't have to do much. Sonia was very kind as well. The flexibility is also a great factor. I don't write reviews but felt I had to!"
