"Overall I have loved the care of Pacific Coast Pediatrics, especially the professionalism of Dr. Giedt and Dr. Lim(5 ⭐️ ) Recently my child has had two appointments with Dr. Winter (only pleasant interaction was with the medical support staff) i will not be allowing her to meet with my child or I. She was condescending, and remarks made were inappropriate. I took my child to that first appointment, and her dad to the second and the fact that he had the same experience further validates how she needs some cultural humility training to help improve or build her interpersonal communication with patients that are from a culture different from her!! I will be sticking to the doctors (Giedt and Lim) whom have fostered a nurturing supportive environment when our child his seen by them, they unlike the latter take time to also interact with our child and make them comfortable! Update: I received a call from the Office Manager, she was very attentive, kind while she followed up regarding this review and the interactions that transpired. I feel much more at ease and have more information on Dr. Winter’ s style, that does not negate the assumptions she made and our experience, however our family feels more informed and happy to move forward with our care here."

"My son had ear pain and they were great about getting him in the same day. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Blakemore was great with my son very patient and she took her time."

"my son has been with his pediatric office since birth. That was 12 years ago. I now have 2 additional kids and this is the office I refer everyone to go to. They are quick and so friendly. The front staff is amazing & the doctors are all great including the P.A and N.P. Even if you have special needs children this office is amazing. my son is 3 and special needs and goes to lucille packard as well and he gets well taken care of here and they are very thorough."

A colleague of mine recommended your clinic because of her positive experiences, but after talking to your front desk staff this morning, I was completely discouraged from even considering your clinic anymore. She was completely unwelcoming and unhelpful. I was excited but now it looks like I have to look elsewhere."
