"dissatisfaction with the service provided during my appointment at your office earlier today. Upon arriving 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment time, I found the front reception area deserted, with no staff present despite the posted appointment time. Unfortunately, even after waiting patiently for an additional 15 minutes, there was still no sign of anyone to assist me. After finally being taken in for my appointment an hour later, I endured another 15-minute wait only to be informed that I could not proceed with the scheduled procedure due to my insurance not yet approving it. This lack of communication and preparation is deeply frustrating and unacceptable. When I expressed my concerns to the Business Manager name Ericka, instead of addressing the issue and providing a solution, she chose to refuse service over a mistake made by her own staff. This level of unprofessionalism and inability to handle customer complaints is deeply disappointing!"
"If I could give them a zero I would. I arrived more than 30 minutes early for nothing. Came for an appointment and they wasted more than 2 hours of my time. I called in advance to make sure they had the service I needed. I was told they did to only find out they don’t by the doctor themselves. Don’t come here at all. Save your time and money because that’s all they want to take. It’s so disorganized and the front desk doesn’t even know what they are doing."
"I have never even written a review but it was just ridiculous. Their x ray machine had stopped working and instead of being transparent with their patients they didn’t mention anything and continued to take people in along with their copay. The only reason I found out about the situation was because a girl who had been there for half an hour longer finally complained and they told her they didn’t know how much longer it was going to take due to the broken x ray. Better and more transparent communication with no discrepancies would’ve made me more understanding of the situation but the fact they kept it hush and had me waste 2 hours was infuriating. They also refused to give back my copay because they had already “dropped” it. I paid to get lied to and my time wasted."
