"Go to ANY other cost u less you can find!! Like literally run away from here!! The most unprofessional establishment I can describe. Don’t get me wrong, I already know this is the place to get ANY kind of driving record insured so I had the lowest of expectations but believe me they went lower. They literally answer a call to start a whole new client quote while you’re sitting there in front of them but the only way to even get the office on the phone is if your transferred from a call center and most of the time being covered for two years - they didn’t even answer the transfer. You’re SOL. Then I go to cancel my insurance … you won’t believe this… The woman asked me to sign a blank form requesting to cancel explaining she’ll “fill it in later, so just sign”. I said “there isn’t even a date on here saying when I’m cancelling my policy, I don’t feel comfortable signing a blank piece of paper I’m sorry” she says “well what would you feel comfortable with?” … i awkwardly got out “uh, just the completed forms I don’t mind waiting, I just need to know what I’m signing.” She rolls her eyes and fills out the form and hits print and it was like 20 seconds.. i happily sign and then ask for a copy, she says “you’ll see a copy online”… i said “oh i don’t have an online account with you guys can i just have a copy of the form i signed?” She said “no we don’t make copies”…. Weird. So i asked if i could just see the form to take a picture then, she said “no we don’t do that either have a nice day, and walked into the back” Also there were three men laughing watching TV in the back - looked like employees and she was the only one on the floor, and she literally took a call and took someone’s payment while I was mid sentence answering a question SHE asked ME. They also said any refund for my policy would go to them directly as a brokers fee. The refund was only 10/30 days so I’m on to better things but they appeal to a demographic that is already looking for the cheapest insurance - and those are the last people who need to be cheated or scammed. It’s been 7 weeks from that day and I’ve never seen any paperwork about my policy being cancelled or a refund, nothing. Hopefully this helps someone!"

"Cost u less is awesome, I will recommend it to as many people as possible. I did recommend it to my friend who has auto insurance already. Customer service was great, I was helped by Vivian who patiently led me through the application process. Prior to reaching her, I called other insurance companies not to name any but was told to pay my fees and wait 15 days before my insurance will start. Cost u less got my information over the phone verified it found out I am a good driver and gave me a generous discount and promised more discount upon renewal.
