"Our move in wasn’t flawless at all (very very many issues) but office team (Daryl, Takashi) and the maintenance team turned things around for us quickly for most issues. The maintenance team has been so quick and efficient to resolve the work orders with a big smile the whole time - Emilio, Miguel, Sean and Angel have been awesome from the maintenance team! Apartment is spacious and good for a small family. *editing review - I have been waiting months for an update from management on a follow up and no response, laundry room always has issues and no resolutions.*"

"Worst leasing office management. Jacuzzis have been down since more than 6 months. The leasing office management keeps responding via emails that it will get repaired & also lies that it’s repaired but they never get it repaired. This is what residents get after paying 3500$ for a 2bhk. Please do not move into casas apartments."

"Poor Review is regarding maintenance of grounds and amenities: Hot tub is frequently off and for months at a time, weekly grounds keepers blow dust and dirt directly into patios without regard to our patio belongings getting full of dust. The daily whining sound of the smaller leaf blowers going alll day is very annoying for those working at home. Laundry machines used to often be broken but have gotten better about repairs (thank you), could use cleaning more often."

"I recommend this complex to all my friends. The staff is absolutely amazing they are so helpful. Moving in was super easy the place is just overall amazing. It’s so calm and beautiful here and surrounded by everything. The office staff are great, I had a problem applying but they helped me. They always help with anything and everything they’re great."

"I recently moved into this apartment complex and so far been pretty happy. Patrick ( leasing agent ) was very helpful in helping me find a new place to call home. Even after my move, he's still ensuring that my every need is met. This honestly stood out to me because I'm very particular and he's been able to address my every request with a smile. 10/5 stars for him. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you're looking for a new place to call home."
