"Originally, I was unsure about moving into this complex due to the the high rent rates and the 56 HWY. However, it ended up being the best decision. Ana and Michael are amazing and very welcoming. The building and all its amenities are always clean. The location and my neighbors are quiet; which I love! Grocery store, gas, and restaurants are all in walking distance."

"Just toured the property recently and was super impressed! Ana helped us tour the site. She was super informative and welcoming. We loved the property and the amenities it offered. The only reason we didn’t rent is because it was above our desired budget. Definitely worth it if it’s in your price range!"

"UPDATE 10/3/23 - I emailed the person from Altura who posted the response to this review on 8/16/23 with proof of the fraud. I also provided proof it to the collection agency. I heard nothing back from Altura, and got a follow-up letter from the collection agency still insisting the money was owed. What a joke! I maintain this place still horrible credit check practices. Be prepared to live with fraudsters and lowlifes since they can't seem to do simple paperwork correctly. MASSIVE FAIL AULTURA. ----------------------- Poor Credit Check Practices! I had someone steal my identity in 2019 so I put a "must call" on my credit report. I was called by someone at Altura in March 2020 asking if I was trying to rent an apartment there. I said no (I own a home in another county and have no need to rent in SD) so that should have been the end of the story. I also filed a report with the FTC about this occurrence. 3 years later (August 2023) I get a notice from a collection agency that I owe Altura $50. LOL. I have zero relationship with Altura. I have never been there and never received any services from them. They are trying to collect on a credit check that failed the applicant (the ID theft). BAD JOB ALTURA!!"
