"The manager is barely in the office. There are set hours and I understand being gone for an hour, for lunch, but to be gone for three almost four hours on a normal day of operation, is not conducive to running a management office. It's unprofessional. So, if you want to live in an apartment complex that delays repairs and isn't around when you need to pay rent, this is the place."

"The manager is really nice! She really helps you out. Maintenance gets things done. You just have to ask to get the pool open, which is no problem!"

"Terrible place Maintenon sucks.. Manager is ok.. But she does have nosey ppl watching each you so if you do something wrong she has her "favorite" ppl she can get her info from.. Pool is never open u gotta bug the manager about it...especially at 113 degrees... I have a town home so my upstairs ac sucks.. My house always smells like mildew... Leaking everywhere and maintenance takes for ever to do something about it!! Anywho good luck and fair well.. ;)"
