"Lived here for two years now my heater broke last winter was told there on back order for 8 months mind you it’s probably a 90s heater like from the old motels in the wall. A year later still isn’t fixed. Bathroom an window sills covered in black mold that’s been painted over, roaches are insane even with free provided monthly bug sprays, water gets turned off for “emergency repairs” for hours with no warning. My water has been off for 8 hours tonight and I have small babies."

"Lived here for years. Bearable if you happen to get good neighbors. Even if you are in the front building, can hear children screaming and poor dogs trapped in small cages outside crying for help from the back pool area sometimes. You can also catch residents slapping each other in the hallways at 4am sometimes until one of the maintenance men comes out to break it up. There are never any consequences for violence though. If you want to be a dangerous menace to all your neighbors and get away with it, this is the place for you. Management makes a lot of threats and leave notices, but nothing ever comes of them. It is affordable, but if they try to put you in the back buildings run as fast as you can. Most residents are chill, but all it takes is a few to make the rest too afraid to let their families play outside anymore. Management threatens people with cameras, but no punishment ever happens. You can sometimes find boxes of garbage containing human feces in the hallways. I moved a few months ago and my life is so much less stressful now. If you can afford to live anywhere else, you should."

"I lived here for two years, the manager Tara was always very nice & helpful. But the apartment itself wasn't pleasant at all. It smelled musty like the carpet was super old. There was a horrible roach problem the entire time i lived there no matter how much i cleaned. they would find their way into the dishwasher & even crawled on me in my bed! it's heavily infested. Apartments are old and definitely need to be fumigated. We had several issues regarding mold as well. I always felt sick & my 4yr old daughter developed asthma while we lived there. It is a gated complex which is nice but my car was still broken into once. Overall was a quiet little place where our unit was at & nice neighbors."

"The managers, does nothing but lies. Her daughter lives here, and is completely belligerent with all of the tenants. we were promised to 2 pools and 2 jacuzzi There are roaches throughout, and they won’t do anything about it they have laundry machines that don’t work they have dryers that don’t work. They are black mold in the walls. The manager Tara is completely rude to every tenant when they asked anything that about anything the barbecue don’t work only two of four barbecues work. Currently we are consulting a lawyer for legal advice on our situation."

"I lived here for about 2 years and there were so many vehicle break-ins the whole time I was there. They really should have a security guard on the premise at night, considering it's in a kinda bad area. The street behind the complex, Yale, is just separated by a flimsy chain link fence and an abandoned field, those apartments on that street are always having shootings and robberies going on. I would absolutely not feel safe living here with my kids!"
