"PROS: 1. Nestled in quiet community, behind ESRI, near postal office and downtown redlands. 2. Well-maintained lawn and lush landscaping. Regular lawn mowing and scheduled cutting of trees can be an issue to sensitive with noise 3. Carport, up to now, has no issues of burglary but I did notice some young teenagers smoking pot near the trash area 4. One of the affordable apartments to rent in redlands. CONS 1. Painting on cabinetry has been chipping off after 6 Months and even contaminated our utensils 2. Worst to rent in ground floor. UNBELIEVABLY thin walls. Even my upstair neighbor’s snoring in the middle of night WAS very audible. Recent couple moved in above us and they have kids- expect noise and footsteps 12/7. Not sure if they have carpeting upstairs but its too loud. 3. Still sending paper mail for rental dues. Seriously wasting paper. SUGGESTION TO MANAGEMENT: 1. Ground floor, I suggest to have option of no carpeting since it collects dust and hard to maintain. If you are into laminated wood flooring like me - it makes me sad to see unnecessary carpeting in ground floor. Second floor should have and its a must especially with thin walls. 2. Kitchen cabinetry needs to be updated. Too cramped for a 1 BR. There is an empty wall near the sink that could have been a perfect pantry cabinet if the management could think that way. for your info, I have lived in studio apartment 300 sqft before where kitchen was a zen for organizing pantry stuff and its quarter the price of what we pay here."

"recently moved here,,first come first serve, how lucky i am coz in the first hours they put the ads about the availability in this place,. i called them. she (Bunnie) told that it is still available and told me to come over for more detail. i brought all the paper along with me in case i like the place, after seeing the place and surrounding, pretty much i like the place Bunnie make the process more easy and free from headache. so far, this place is quiet, clean and neighbors are awesome. i hope nothing bad happen."

"Moved here two months ago. Simply amazing. Bunnie who is manager is just remarkable. I had been in contact with her for years hoping there would be a vacancy, after trying for many years there was. She made moving so easy. Super friendly and extremely professional at the same time, a warm beautiful person. Makes living here wonderful. Fernando the maintenance is incredible as well. My air conditioning went out within ten minutes he was here, thought it would take a few days to send someone - he replaced the condenser or compressor himself and was done in 15 minutes. That is 5 star service. My neighbors are great, place always super clean, beautiful grounds and quiet. Can't say enough. In 55 years and I've lived in some great places I think this is my favorite. I hope Bunnie and Fernando are here for many many years to come, I've never seen such excellence and a place so on top of things. It's a pleasure to call this home."
