Budget Inn Motel

"I got a room for one night and decided i would get another night the next day. The manager demanded that he sees the room before i could pay again. Decided i wanted to get a 3rd night and he told us that we had to check out so he could clean the room and that he'd give is another room instead. the rooms are ok but kinda dirty. The towel look like they've not been washed. . Was just there yesterday and witnessed him turn down a man because he wouldn't make his wide get out of thecar while it was hot outside. He then ignored him to ask how he could help me instead and told the guy to get lost. I told him. What if the guys wife had a health condition or something that she can't get out . he then told me to get lost. ."

"The room was filthy it look like it had never been cleaned everything is broken toilet ran all night. Light switches didn't work white linen for bed we're gray and stained and so where are the bath towels."

"The rooms are flat out filthy and are never cleaned. Last time I stayed here I got bitten by bed bugs. Staff are rude in their own way and are passive aggressive. Despite the cheap price of this place, all I can say is your better off just sleeping in your car and showering in a gym instead."

"It's a nice place for around $50, you really can't beat that. The manager was very friendly and helpful, he had an accent but is a nice man willing to help. I stayed for 2 days, a/c worked great! I asked for extra pillows and they brought them right away. I also requested some extra towels and same deal, cleaning lady brought then immediately. It's not the newest and greatest place but if you need somewhere to sleep then you're good to go."

"I had a complaint about a very bad situation that had happened at the hotel. The manager didn't handled the situation correctly. So I called to complain about it. The phone rang for a while. A lady picked up and I told her that I have a complaint and I would want to talk to the owner of the motel about it. She replied in a loud rude way, "what?!" I started speaking then she enterrupted me and said," I don't want to hear about this. So write it on a piece on paper." Then she hung up quickly. They don't have Welp because they know they will get a lot of complaints. They have no hospitality what so ever. I have worked at plenty of hotels. From motel 6 to Hampton Inn, Hilton, and Hilton garden inn. I have never experienced this horrible customer service. The reason why I wanted to complain was my mother was staying at the hotel that Sunday with her new boyfriend. He started beating on her when she got out of the shower. He snapped saying that she was in there with someone. He never did anything like this before. She isn't the one that wouldn't fight back. So she got him and scratched his face. She told me that it was bleeding. She didn't know what else to do since she couldn't just walk out with her things because she just got out of the shower. She was trying to get dressed then the manager came up and opened the door. He started yelling, " You need to leave now." (using inappropriate language) My mother told him that she needs to get ready first. Then he said, "No no no!! Leave now!!" She had to uncomfortably change into her clothes right in front of him. She told me that that's when she blew up on him and then started to yell at him and calling him names that she wish she could take back. I told her that it wasn't your fault that he should have handled the situation way better than that. That night it was 2:50am . She walked miles to my house. Most of everything was left there along with her cellphone. She didn't have anywhere to go because she moved in her boyfriend's house this month. They were getting the bathroom repaired. So she came to me to tell me what happened. I wish just someone would have been there for my mother. She is now staying with me and has not went back to that horrible man. I just wish someone would have helped her at the motel that night."
