"This was our second time staying at this wonderful property from Staying With Friends and we will definitely be back again!! The property is beautiful and the location is perfect. We could walk down to the pier and the beach while also being right at the edge of all the fabulous stores and restaurants on Avenida Del Mar. Lounging on the patio with the view of the ocean was our favorite spot this visit. Pete and Cathy are amazing hosts and have thought of every detail you need to make your stay the best it can be. Any questions are quickly answered and they go above and beyond the norm to make sure that you are comfortable in their property. We'll be back soon!"

"BEST AIRBNB EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD Pete and Cathy are the luxury customer service you didn’t know you needed. If the location isn’t enough for you to book alone, the interiors of the place are modern beach vibes. And in my opinion the Murphy pull out bed is one of the comfiest I have had in a while! When my mom and I had originally booked, the room had a double booking but Pete and Cathy quickly resolved the situation and put us in the opposite side. They worked with us ensuring we would have a perfect staycation in the town we loved so much. Having my mom move away has been hard so getting to have her visit is a treat. We’re so glad we booked with Pete and Cathy! If you see one of their units available, BOOK WITH THEM! The hype is worth it!!"

"Great location (short walk to San Clemente pier/beach), clean, comfortable with lots of amenities in the three bedroom condo that I stayed in with 5 other people. Very spacious and it came with access to a hot tub, beach towels, ping pong table/set and lots of places to sit inside and outside. Kitchen has a lot of appliances too! Would return again!"
