"My appointment with Dr. Jones was completely useless. I had injured my knee on the soccer field, and when I saw her the next day she provided no help or professionalism. I told her all the symptoms (I didn't know it at the time, but I had PARTIALLY torn my ACL and meniscus). She didn't even bother checking out my knee; she took one look at it and told me I was overreacting. She then told me that I could go back to playing soccer in 7-10 days, and that I didn't need further evaluation. I followed her advice and I went back to playing after 10 days. However, the pain, weakness, and locking sensations in my knee were getting worse. I ended up seeing another pediatrician, and he recommended I do an MRI. When I did the MRI, I got referred to an orthopedic surgeon, and he told me my ACL and meniscus were torn. And not only that, they were both COMPLETELY torn because I had continued playing soccer like Dr. Jones had recommended me to. So the initial injury was a partially torn ACL and partially torn meniscus, but because Dr. Jones said I could play, I played and my injury that I was not aware of became a completely torn ACL and completely torn meniscus. Because of her carelessness, I had to get a reconstruction surgery. If she had done her job correctly, my recovery would have only taken a few months, but now my expected recovery time is 12-14 months, which ended my previous season and cause me to also miss this season. I understand she is a pediatrician, but I'm assuming since she went to medical school for years she can at least recognize a serious injury when given all the corresponding symptoms."

"My family is very pleased to write this review on Dr. Jones. Dr. Jones is a rare breed of a doctor. She always treats our child as her own-my daughter has no hesitation in seeing her. Dr. Jones has a very calm and relaxed demeanor and is never in a hurry to move on to the next patient-we never feel as though we are a number in a long line of patients. She listens to a parents' concerns with eye contact-she will actually put down her stylus or pen and will connect with me/us. She takes time to explain not only to me but also to my child, exactly what may be going on and what the remedy will be for speedy recovery. She is thorough in her diagnoses and I walk away with a thought of confidence in her skills as a professional and warm, highly committed physician. The City of Tracy is very fortunate to have Dr. Daisy Jones. She is as sweet as her first name."
