"Don't be fooled about this being a Smoke Free Community! IT'S NOT. California passed a law that prohibits smoking in all apartment dwellings that have connecting walls. Complaints have been made about tenants who have been seen smoking cigarettes and Marijuana in their apartment home and balcony. The Management Company, Camber Corporation, refuses to obey State Law and the City of Loma Linda ordinances. Smoke seeps through walls, floors, and air ducts, this is a fact. Tenants who may have health problems, emphysema, asthma, and COPD, etc. or any kind of cancer are affected by this second hand smoke. The Management has a blatant disregard for the health of tenants and to complaints made."

"I have clients in this apartment complex. I've never heard so many seniors complaining about how awful management is. I actually experienced these people in the office... awful!! Unprofessional unpleasant nasty and rude people. This is a 55 and up apartment complex. Kids live here. Teenagers live here with managers. The warning before the storm."

"Went to view apartments and was told we could not rent with them as I could not have my daughter who is 36 years old reside in the apartment . Funny how they have a disclosure about all residents who are 18 years old must fill out an application too. I believe they were discriminating against us."

"You have certain tenants that really should be in convalescent homes. We live on the first floor and the tenant above us rides his motorized cart inside the apartment. He is a big person who lives in the restroom. He wakes us up at all times of the night and early morning hours. We can't relax in our dwelling due to stomping and noise of the cart. This is something we did not bargain for. I did complain to management and I was told that they can't discriminate. They tell us we can't park up in front of office yet the workers that work there are allowed to park there. They should have to park outside complex. We Pay Rent!!! It's a 55plus complex but they allow kids to live there and a lot of tenants have younger adults move in with them and management does nothing about it. As soon as we can find a new place we will be out of the there."
