"Not good... as described in individual categories .Run like prison encountered many daily difficulties in getting what was needed for our stay. Staff was unfriendly an put out by guests requesting anything. short office hours no over nite help. Housekeeping services weren't made available to rooms with more than a single nite stay thweks ab sheets every 3 days no exceptions without a fee being charged. Grounds unkept sidewalks an paths in need of sweeping planter boxes all containing either dead or extremely dried out ??? Nothing at all like the pics on there site page. We booked an paid cash up front on the a 6 nite stay by day 2 we're ready to move on requested a refund an wanted to cancel remaining 4days. ⁷Denied outright no refunds no exceptions if we still choose to check out our deposit would be kept by them. This was a truly awful experience run like a prison far too many rules an requirements of guests. Would never stay here again"

The staff was amazing, the rooms and hotel itself was clean and the area was quiet and safe. I would definitely stay here again given the opportunity. Highly recommended!"

"Do not be fooled by the pictures and “close” location to the hospital. The bed had a sunken mattress. The heater and air conditioning outdated. And hair. The kind you especially don’t want.The young college student at the desk who checked me in was a good host, however. I demanded a refund after canceling my second night. I was refunded $100. Not even the full cost of the room.The owner encouraged me to “go ahead and write a review.” So here it is."

"My husband had a procedure done so we stayed overnight instead of driving home a few miles away. Our stay was nice. The only drawback was the microwave smell strongly of Fabulous like it was drenched in it. The food I heated up took on the smell and taste of the solution. Other than that I like my room."
