"I have lived here for over a year now, and I would say Rivera is definitely a good place to live! The apartment complex is clean, well-maintained, and well-landscaped. It is also a quiet and safe area. The property manager, Lachic, is a major reason why Rivera is such a pleasant place to live. She is friendly and positive, actively listens to any concerns you may have, and effectively addresses any issues or requests. Neighbors are also friendly and polite! The only (minor) complaint I would have is that some of the residents will sometimes use the community outdoor pool for large parties, playing music loudly and generally taking over the pool with their group or family, making it difficult for other tenants to enjoy that amenity. That is not the fault of management, but it is one minor inconvenience."

"Rivera has been a good place to live. Our family has lived here since 2015. There have been bumps along the way, but since we have gotten our new property manager Lachic our experience has been better. Lachic has been a blessing. She goes above and beyond to make our community and residents feel welcome. Jerry our property maintenance has been amazing. He has been an asset for sure. Maintenance concerns are taken care of promptly and the property is kept clean. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home."
