"Disgusting management company JFelding ran by jeannie, she will text you insult you and belittle you and lie . Then threaten to evict you. Very unprofessional. Maintenance barely comes and there are roaches and termites. Residents all have dogs and even a pig living here . Trash everywhere and trash over filling the dumpster every day."

"Lady clearly has like 9 units available from what I counted today . Not their during business hours , we asked to leave an application and she said “ we don’t take applications when we have no vacancy” . What kind of property manager doesn’t keep applications on file for when she has an opening . I come to visit cousins here all the time and this place always has apartments available. She Must be doing something shady for not wanting to rent out to certain people . But I can see she already has a bad reputation after reading all the reviews . I don’t understand how they employ people like her ."

"I agree with all the negative reviews. Leasing office staff must be replaced!!!! it's obvious they hate being there. There're rude, unprofessional, bothered that you're expecting customer service. All of this is what you will receive after many phone calls that will be ignored along with several attempts of wasting your time going back and forth to finally realize it only gets worse when you come across the Community Manager. She represents the brand in the most horrible manner ever!!!!"

"Apartment complex office is always closed. No one is ever in there during posted open hours, no one answers the phone. Put in a request over 5x for a closer parking, and nothing. They are just lazy. It's ridiculous. I called and asked for maintenance to come out to my unit and had to keep calling, called over 10x until they finally had him come and fix what I called for. My stove has a leak. I tried to give them their copy from the gas technician but no one is in there once again. I have no stove now. These apartments need new responsible, dependable, polite managers that know how to do their job correctly."

"4month ago I put application and when I was ready to move in they just change my apartment tha one they spose to give me ground floor one and now they were forcing me to upstairs I couldn't move cuz my wife was pregnant and they got mad why I spoke out of that they don't want anyone to open their mouth front of them they just want people to listen them.they are very root people work in the office . They are not doing their job they says that they are in the office but they don't they comes and leaves anytime nobody's knows and they discrimination with different race people .management should take action against thees people they should fire them and hire those people who really wants to work. There are lot's people always looking for a job and really wants to work."
