"Been living here almost 3 years now, First year I moved and They increased 10% of rent ! RIDICULOUS!! Gates don’t work, management nor Landlord wants to fix them we have drug dealers, homeless and other mentally ill people coming in and out the property day and night. Homeless come and get into the trash and and leave all trash on the floor, Manager is nice and comprehensive but Landlord has to get it up. Maintenance Request take forever so you have to fix it yourself. Roaches from other neighbors. They do offer fumigations but doesn’t work so you have to do it yourself. People come in parking lot 40mph like they on the freeway when it’s a 5mph zone. while Children and outside playing. rent is 1 bed 1 bath $1750 & 2 bed is $1900+ i don’t think is worth it."

"I really enjoy living, it is a family friendly place. There are always children running around and playing. Not a lot of apartments allow that from what I’ve seen in the city of Fontana. I’ve never had any issues with the management department, they are friendly and nice. Thank You for working hard."

"This place is disgustingly upsetting. The environment is totally nasty with stray cats amd rodents everywhere. The management is a joke. They literally steal your deposit back even of you move within your 30 days and charge you cleaning fees when you leave the place spotless. It's a shame how low the managers care for their tenants. Beware of this place go somewhere else."

"Well you get what you pay for these apartments were really cheap when I first moved I about 7 years ago they are infested with bugs some people ever. Have rats we got new owners about a year ago and they are slowly fixing things here and there but the pools haven't been opened in about 2 years and that upsets me because this place has so many kids and they want to use the pool and can even tho pool maintenance is something we pay in our rent this place has a long way to go to be decent or comfortable to live in but what upsets me the most is the fact that they have raised the tent so much since the new company took over like I'm sorry but this place is not worth the rent I get they might be raising it to come up with the funds to fix up the place but maybe they should fix the place first and then raise the rent some people go months without a.c. I just feel like if they are gonna be as expensive as any of the other apartments then maybe we should move to a place that's worth the rent I do have to say I've never has a problem with management she is sweet and none of this is her fault since she is just the middle man and it's a family friendly environment now that this company has take.the point is let this be you're last option I'm positive you can find a better place to live I know I'm ready for a move"
